What We Offer You

We are looking for an inspiring and experienced HSSEQ Manager to take a leading role in the exciting BECCS-project. This is not just about ensuring compliance – it is about driving a culture of safety, quality, and responsibility across the entire project organization.

As HSSEQ Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and coordinate Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality activities across all delivery streams. You will be the driving force ensuring that the project is executed safely, meets the highest standards of quality, and complies with all applicable regulations, standards, and permits. About You

Requirements

• Extensive HSSEQ leadership experience, with at least 5 years in large-scale or mega projects (oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or similar sectors).

• A proven track record of leading and motivating teams, with strong interpersonal and executive communication skills.

• Solid expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of Swedish safety regulations and international HSSEQ standards.

• Experience with quality management frameworks, vendor/contractor audits, and crisis management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 

• Proficiency in Swedish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
